SUMMARY:
Onboarding Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Opportunity in an administrative role within a dynamic Financial Services Provider situated in Green Point, Cape Town. The candidate will be providing clients services while managing daily onboarding related procedures for the company.

 SKILLS:

-          Degree educated
-          A confident, friendly and enthusiastic candidate
-          Communication skills are paramount and experience in dealing with               clients would be required
-          Strong relationship management (internal & external)
-          Good organisational skills
-          Exceptional attention to detail
-          Ability to work under pressure
-          Strong decision maker
-          Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-          A proactive, ''can do'' attitude at all times
-          Self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic
-          Microsoft Office, Word & Excel skills

 RESPONSIBILITY

 Client Services:

Onboarding specialist assisting new and existing clients
Providing potential new clients with information on the company’s products      Overseeing the onboarding process from beginning to end
Ensuring that clients receive the correct onboarding documents
Assisting clients with onboarding forms and documentation
Providing clients with details for their investments once processed          Building client relationships while assisting them with queries and statements

FICA Due Diligence:

Reviewing and processing FICA documents
Applying the necessary due diligence and risk rating procedures according to the company’s RMCP
Ensuring that all onboarding procedures are correctly implemented and kept up to date
Providing FICA samples for monthly compliance meetings
Reporting any abnormalities or high-risk transactions to the head of compliancer
Conducting due diligence and facilitating the onboarding process with new brokers and services providers

 General:

Assisting with Ad-Hoc tasks and projects
General administration duties in the support of management

 REQUIREMENTS:

BComm or relevant degree.
Previous experience conducting FIC risk rating and due diligence procedures within the financial services industry would be advantageous.
