On-Site Supervisor - Cullinan

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Tyre Service industry, has an EE opportunity available for an On-Site Supervisor in the Cullinan, Pretoria area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• IMM diploma would be an advantage
• Valid Code 8 drivers licence.
• A minimum of 5 years in the tyre industry, specifically in Commercial tyres
• Relevant leadership experience and sound understanding of leadership principles
• Sound working knowledge of all Admin systems

KPAs:

• Responsible for the management of the service and sales performance of the On-site.
• Responsible for the management and development of all employees and maintaining safe & constructive working relationship.
• Responsible for the development and monitoring of performance against Standard Operating Procedures and H&S requirements.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining sound working relationships with customer.
