Team Leader- On Line - E commerce Customers.                                                  

Reporting structure: National Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

SALES

-          Must be target driven. Able to achieve sales targets.

-          Drive sales in all aspects hand on- seasonal promotions- new products etc.

-          Launch new products.

-          Load new products on all portals with various customers.

-          Conceptualize promotional activity- campaigns etc.

-          Responsible for customers online cataloguing etc.

-          Pricing updates in line with company pricing.

ANALYSIS

-          Continuous analysis of item/category/ sales. Report on analysis monthly.

-          Competitor analysis. Report on analysis monthly.

-          New product opportunity analysis.

-          Monthly sales.

-          Campaign- seasonal- promotion analysis.

-          Product data update and analysis

-          Product images continuous analysis.

-          Identify market pricing of products and indicate “sweet spots”.

NEW CUSTOMERS

-          Find/ Identify new customers within the portfolio.

-          Open new accounts.

-          Assist current customers with online – e commerce transitions.

LEADER ROLE

-          Create a collaborative TEAM environment.

-          Must be able to take instruction and execute with TEAM.

-          Lead a TEAM that would consist of data analysts/ load sheet/Graphics personal.

-          Manage all aspects of the above roles.

-          Be able to perform duties within a TEAM in the given portfolio.

-          Assist company with online campaigns.

-          Be able to perform duties outside of the portfolio as requested from time to time by your direct manager.

-          Must be able to meet face to face with customers (Head Offices) if needed.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

-          Proficiency in all Microsoft products/ Excel most important.

-          Must be able to work on customers website portals etc.

-          Must be able to work on remote platforms such as Microsoft TEAMS - Zoom - Skype etc

Must be able to work with On Line Businesses like Take A Lot etc

Must be good with Excel ( Pivot Tables )
