On Con Representative

SUMMARY:
Durban. Leading distributors of premium alcohol brands seeks target-driven Sales Representative with relevant on-consumption alcohol sales experience to join their Sales team and actively boost product sales and create brand awareness across the brand’s portfolio.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and calling on new on-consumption customers / outlets across all on-trade channels
• Provide training to customers, bar teams, promoters, etc.
• Assist with the implementation of a long-term marketing strategy with clear goals and plans to sustain the current market position and growth in market share
• Organise events and create promotions and incentive ideas in-line with the marketing strategy
• Ensure timely distribution and delivery of the necessary brand POS material according to the overall marketing strategy and any promotional campaigns running from time to time
• Identify on-consumption advertising opportunities
• Increase the overall visibility of the brands in on-consumption venues and outlets
• Monitor sales and depletions for specific venues and outlets and design and implement specific remedial promotions or incentives for outlets and venues which are experiencing a decrease in sales
