SUMMARY:
Our client, a small boutique manufacturing and export company, seeks to employ a vibrant and experienced Administration/Procurement Coordinator for their operation in Somerset West.
Please note that only candidates resident in the Somerset West or surrounding area, with a valid driver’s license and experience in PA, Order and Procurement support administration experience will be considered.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION
You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.
- You will have completed Matric, coupled with at least 5-10 years experience in office/administration management, as well as procurement and order processing administration.
- You will have proven experience in facilitating maintenance, dealing with service providers and relevant SLA’s, coordinating timesheets and leave for factory staff, ensuring company vehicles are regularly maintained and liaising with reception on meetings and visitors.
- In addition, you will have a background in processing sales orders, managing website orders and correspondence, as well as coordinating and booking travel arrangements of sales and directors.
- You will be a “can do” team player, assist the Directors with Personal Assistant functions and ensure the accuracy and smooth flow of administration for the company
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
