You will provide executive support to the Manager and your ability to buildt a solid relationship with the team is very important. This position requires an experience executive level candidate that has corporate experience. Also, you can work with ease at very senior level.
- Diploma / BA Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years plus Office Management experience
- Advanced PC literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to manage a complex function of the office
- Full Executive PA support
- Board Support and Liaison - to be discussed in interview
- Senior Management Liaison - to be discussed in interview
- HR Admin
- Financial - claims/payments/budgets
- Manage contact / relationship list
- Assist with all company communications
