SUMMARY:
Paint manufacturing and distribution co based in Krugersdorp is looking for an Office Generalist experienced with Pastel Partner

POSITION INFO:

A Krugersdorp based company has a full-time position available for a fully computer literate individual with knowledge of administration within a paint manufacturing environment. Applicants must be available immediately.

The suitable candidate must have:

A particularly good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs as well as Pastel Partner.
A willingness to learn new colour programs and work within a small team
Industrial paint knowledge/experience
An eye for colour
A good telephone voice and manner
A valid driver’s licence
Own reliable transport

The duties are:

Customer Service – receipt of telephonic/email orders
Order processing, invoicing
Product Costing
Place supplier orders
General office admin duties
In house stock control
Colour matching by computer
