Brief Description of Role:
As the right-hand person for a small, hardworking team, you'll be responsible for keeping them on track and organized with your superhuman administrative skills. From scheduling meetings to booking travel and everything in between, you'll be the go-to person for making sure everything runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all documents and social media
Responsibilities
- -Scheduling and preparation for meetings
- -Calendar management for executives
- -Travel arrangements for the team
- -Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives if required
- -General office management
- -Ensuring branding consistency (documents, presentations)
- -Social Media Marketing
Qualifications and Skills- -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- -Experience booking and coordinating internal and cross border travel
- -Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- -Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- -Strong written and verbal communication skills
- -Marketing/ relevant tertiary qualification a nice to have
- -Appropriate experience and a calm demeanour
- -Applicant must be South African citizen or permanent resident
Years of Experience:5+ years experience (the years of experience is less important than the type of person)
