SUMMARY:
Our client in the Tyre Service industry, has an EE opportunity available for an Office Administrator in the Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) with Maths and Accounting preferable.
  • Code 08 Drivers License.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS-Office and GRIPS System).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Minimum two years experience in Debtors and Creditors, especially reconciliations.
  • Minimum two years experience in Stock Control, especially reconciliations.
  • Minimum two years experience in office administration management.
  • Minimum one year experience in H.R. / payroll.
Duties:
  • Provide branch service excellence and contribute to branch efficiency by dealing with all internal and external queries.
  • Adhere to administrative procedures according to the Company''s policies & procedures and standards and objectives in order to contribute to overall branch efficiency.
  • Maintain Health & Safety and Housekeeping standards.
  • Be willing and able to stand in for the Business Manager.
  • Contribute to branch efficiency (Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Personnel, Wages, Salaries, General Office Admin).
