SUMMARY:
Office Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Render secretarial services and administrative support
  • Render general reception services
  • Exercise support on the management of financial resources
  • Take minutes and arrange time and venues for meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and subsistence allowance
  • Coordinate effective communication between the HOD and Provincial Managers and personnel
  • Effectively manage the documentation of personnel in the department
  • Manage the effective and professional production of documents
  • Provide administrative support to all provincial activities, including liaison with head office
  • Perform other related duties as requested

Requirements

  • Grade 12 with post matric qualification in Office administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of four years relevant work experience
  • Computer literacy certificate

Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook: e-mail & internet
  • English and one or more official languages
