POSITION INFO:

Our client based in Port Elizabeth is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.

  • Mornings only position.
  • A fixed term contract is offered.
  • Basic salary plus incentive is offered.

Â

Duties:

  • General correspondence, including letters, e-mails and face-to-face customer enquiries
  • General filing of documents, hard copies and on cloud
  • Liaison with immediate supervisor and staff
  • Receptionist work and attending to customers needs
  • General office administration –Staff records, leave applications
  • Client liaison / Relationship management
  • Planning of staff schedules
  • Upkeep of internal data base
  • Basic work with word/excel

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Grade 12
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • Microsoft Office
