SUMMARY:
Office Admin (PE)

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas:

vProvide branch service excellence and contribute to branch efficiency by dealing with all internal and  external queries.
vContribute to branch efficiency (Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Personnel, Wages, Salaries, General Office  Admin).
vAdhere to administrative procedures according to policies & procedures and standards  and objectives in order to contribute to overall branch efficiency.
vPerform ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
vMaintain Health & Safety and Housekeeping Standards.
vManage self to improve personal effectiveness.
vBe willing and able to stand in for the Business Manager.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

vStrong compliance, integrity and ethical behaviour at all times.
vCode 08 Drivers License.
vExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Afrikaans.
vExcellent organisational and administrative skills.
vExcellent computer skills (MS-Office and GRIPS System).
vMinimum two years’ experience in Debtors and Creditors, especially reconciliations.
vMinimum two years’ experience in Stock Control, especially reconciliations.
vMinimum two years’ experience in office administration management.
vMinimum one year experience in H.R. / Payroll.
vAbility to work independently as a self- starter within the team.

 

Qualification Required:

vMatric (Grade 12) with Maths and Accounting preferable.
vPreference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.
