Office & Showroom Manager (Furniture) (JB844)
Longdale, Johannesburg
R18 000 – R20 000 per month CTC 

Successful furniture importer based in a secure complex in Longdale, Johannesburg is seeking a mature individual who is well presented, highly organized and able to work both within a team environment and without supervision to fill the role of Office & Showroom Manager. This individual will be the right hand to the Director. The Director travels extensively and communication would be mainly via email.

Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
4-5 years previous experience
Previous experience within furniture, interior design 
Previous experience working within a show room
Highly organized
MS Word, PowerPoint
Sage Online

Duties & Responsibilities:
Finance
Invoicing & quotations on Sage Online
Maintaining pricelists and ensuring accuracy
Showroom
Meeting and greeting trade customers
Offering beverages & general hospitality
Logistics
Liaising with suppliers
General logistics of deliveries & orders
