A Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an Ocean Exports Operations Controller for their DBN

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely movement of cargo to and from locations

Handle all customer facing and shipment related internal communication as well as vendor communication

Handle ocean export documentation

Run compliance checks

Ensure valid quotation for shipper is in place

Obtain adequate shipping volume forecast information

Receive booking request

Request and receive VGM details

Ensure customers are invoiced

Matric

Minimum 5 years Ocean Exports Experience
