The Occupational Trainer will report to the National Training Manager
POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the Job:
The Occupational Trainer will report to the National Training Manager. The primary responsibility of the Occupational Trainer is to evaluate and induct trained security officers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advise Senior managers on Training Policies and Practices
• Prepare and conduct Facilitation & Assessment
• Provide Office & Administrative support
• Daily, weekly and monthly report writing
• Prepare for Assessments
• Conduct Assessments
• Review Assessments
• Create and Modify documents such as Assessment Tools, Facilitator Reports, etc.
• Project Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certified
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 2 - 3 years relevant working experience
• Qualified Assessor
• SASSETA registered
• Valid Grade B PSIRA Accreditation
• General Security Practices and Specialist Security Practices Qualification
• Solid Computer Proficiency (Excel/ E-mail/ Word/ PPT)
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Training Industry
• Previous Experience in the Security Industry
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
