JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for driven Outbound Call Centre agents to join our outbound call centre, with the ability to sell short term insurance. 
If you can deliver in a high-pressure environment, are highly motivated and are disciplined to self-manage based on targets and deliverables, this role will be suited to you.

Job Output:

  • Use your sales skills and training to meet sales targets
  • Sell our products and services through outbound dialling
  • Provide exceptional service and product knowledge
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy when taking customer information
  • Resolve all customer queries quickly and efficiently
