OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (CUSTOMER SERVICE) - Fixed term contract

POSITION INFO:

eeking a candidate for a 9 month project to deliver an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers and stakeholders

Must be available immediately

Target date for hire: 15 October 2021

Requirements

• Matric
• Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or similar 
• Project Management and/or Finance qualifications (Advantageous)

Duties

• Perform daily activities within  customer services including, quotations, order processing, customer queries, Invoicing, credit notes, customer relations  and related processes and information to fulfill customers, stakeholders and business partner requirements.
• Support the teams responsibilities and actions to ensure that the outcomes are aligned with the daily objectives and planned outcomes.
• Ensure daily processing and key requirements are fulfilled timeously and accurately with the correct supporting documentation.
• Ensure accurate system processing and all processing is in accordance to SOP''s.
• Ensure all daily queries and requests received by the team and escalated are closed and resolved
• All deviations or variances on quotations, order processing, customer queries, Invoicing, credit notes, customer relations need to be recorded and rectified with the appropriate notification to the CS Team Leader.
• Proactively monitor customer backorders and provide feedback with appropriate solutions.
• Monitor the waiting to be billed location and ensure all processing by CSD is correct and aligned to the kitroom. Descrepancies need to be escalated and collaborated on for resolution.
• Support and work closely with the warehouse and kitroom department to ensure overall operations objectives are met
• Coordinate and collaborate with the appoint service providers to achieve CS operation objectives
• Resolve technical and/or resource issues on the line/area/station in regards to equipment, process and people
• Monitor all mail boxes and customer order portals to ensure downloads and actions are completed
