OPERATIONS MANAGER (PROPERTY FRANCHISE MANAGEMENT) – Cape Town

R35 000 - R40 000 Per Month plus Performance Based Bonus and 13^th Cheques

Our Client, an established and reputable national Property Development firm is in search of a dynamic and innovative Operations Manager to join their team of professionals.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Review existing operational systems as well as design and implement an efficient operational framework across the offices (nationally) and divisions to form the basis of the operational manual.

Be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational processes, support, communication and training from start to finish.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving the establishment of a franchise model
• Oversight and POC of all the franchisees upon establishment
• Maintain Franchise Owner relationships
• Monitor Franchisee’s financial performance levels and compliance to the ito the franchise agreement and operational manual
• Oversee all Franchisor functions including training, marketing, recruitment, audits etc.
• Source buyers and selling of Franchise licenses nationally upon completion of due diligence processes
• Organize and supervise all the admin activities within the Department
• Manage the profitability and financial position of the Department
• Create and encourage growth through new business opportunities
• Preparation and interpretation of monthly reports and present clients
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Matric
• Financial or Business related qualification would be beneficial
• Minimum 5 years’ proven track record gained within the property industry at a senior level
• Franchise management experience would be highly advantageous!
• 3-5 Years proven leadership experience gained (oversight of a team or business operation)  
• Proven accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements, budgeting, etc.
• Proven and solid planning, co-ordinating and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint
• Report writing ability essential
• Willingness to travel nationally
