RETAIL/FMCG  BACKGROUND 

EXCEL reports -managment reports

Asset Managment & Risk managment 

  • Overseeing daily business operations. (24 Hour Operation)
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Training low-level managers and staff.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Improving revenue.
  • Hiring employees.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Generating reports and giving presentations. (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

  

  • Degree / DIPLOMA in business management / Supply chain and Distribution 
  • Good knowledge of different business functions. (FMCG / Liquor Industry)
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proactive nature.
  • WMS Knowledge and experience
