OPERATIONS DATA ANALYST (DISTRIBUTION CENTRE)

SUMMARY:
Need a qualified, skilled and experienced Data Analyst who has experience in a Distribution Centre / Logistics / Supply Chain environment.

DATA ANALYST (DC OPERATIONS) – EE ONLY
Market Related Salary Package
Cape Town, Western Cape

We are recruiting for an experienced and qualified DATA ANALYST who has experience in operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in building reporting apps, databases and designing dashboards. Knowledge and experience in a distribution centre or warehouse environment will be highly beneficial. National DC Operations support role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering/ Business Management
• Data management / Quantitative Qualification
• At least 4 to 5 years’ experience as an Analyst
• Skilled and experienced on SQL
• Python or R is preferred
• High numeracy affinity
• Proficient on MS office
• Highly proficient on WMS or ERP system
• Solid competency on statistical calculations
• Ability to build models and financial business cases
• Data analysis
• Simulations
• Financial acumen
• Work in groups

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Continuously analyse returns, Recovery and RFC operational data
• Set up appropriate dashboards
• Develop reports and KPI
• Align with systems engineers
• Set up and configure systems
• Expectation management
• Offer innovation and challenge current process
• Identify business and operational opportunities
