ON-SITE TYRE SUPERVISOR – PRETORIA NORTH

SUMMARY:
To maximize the On-site’s profitability by leading the team to attain their full potential and thereby achieve the set business objectives

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Responsible for the management of the service and sales performance of the On-site
• Responsible for the management and development of all employees and maintaining safe & constructive working relationship.
• Responsible for the development and monitoring of performance against Standard Operating Procedures and H&S requirements.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining sound working relationships with customer

Experience:

• Relevant leadership experience and sound understanding of leadership principles.
• A minimum of 5 years in the tyre industry, specifically in Commercial tyres.
• Sound working knowledge of Admin systems

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Marketing qualification would be an advantage

Remuneration:

Up to R25000 (including Med Aid and Provident Fund) plus Co car and Cell Phone
