SUMMARY:
We are assisting our client in recruiting for a dynamic team player who can provide exceptional administrative support to the branch manager, client is based in Mbombela
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
Duties would include but would not be limited to:
• Switchboard
• Assisting with all internal sales processes
• Compile Quotes
• Process purchase orders and sales invoices
• Writing out and process delivery notes
• Manage loading lists
• Manage Stock sheets
• Complete and process Credit Requests
• Filing of documents and keeping various spreadsheets up to date
• General Stock control
• Manage Consignment stock /partake and assist with stock take
• Monthly fuel recons
• Occupational Health a Safety duties (being the first aider and all administration related to OHS)
Skills and competencies
• Matric qualification (essential)
• Prior experience in an office environment (receptionist, office administrator, internal sales, client liaison)
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Understanding of basic accounting functions (Cash book, Debtors, Creditors)
• Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans (knowledge of vernacular languages are advantageous)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
• Professional, reliable, and a strong team player with good communication skills
