Office manager/2IC Call Centre (Excalibur debt collection system) - Eden on the Bay - R15 000 - R22 000 per month

 

Call center for debt collection for banks seeks a Office manager/2IC to extract data from Excalibur debt collection system, do pivit tables on Excel, plan campaigns and manage call centre staff. Min grade 12, Excellent/Advanced Excel (you will be tested) and Excellent/Advanced  experience on Excalibur debt collection system and English and Afrikaans (speak, read, write). Good growth opportunity. Monday to Friday and every second Saturday.
