POSITION INFO:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - PORT ELIZABETH - R72 000 - R110 000 per annum CTC - (GOOD DR/CR, STOCK, Payroll, ADMIN)

Tyre Giants seeks an Office Administrator to provide an administrative support service in the admin office as well as in the branch to ensure the customer and branches needs are exceeded. You will assist with Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Personnel, Wages, Salaries, General Office Admin. Maintain Health & Safety and Housekeeping standards.  Min Code 08 Driver’s License, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Afrikaans, organisational and administrative skills, computer skills (MS-Office and GRIPS System).  Min two years’ experience in Debtors and Creditors, especially reconciliations, two years’ experience in Stock Control, especially reconciliations, two years’ experience in office administration management, one year experience in H.R. / payroll.  Matric (Grade 12) with Maths and Accounting preferable. Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.
