OD, Transformation and Change Specialist

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an incumbent who will be supporting the development and implementation of a company-wide Organizational Development, Transformation, Employment Equity and Change Management initiatives and programmes that support organizational effectiveness.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities:

• Contributes towards the development and implementation of Organizational Development and design strategy framework for the business.
• Partner with HR to facilitate the periodic organizational review of the business to ensure that systems, policies, processes and people are aligned to deliver on the strategy of the business.
• Provide specialist knowledge and input in the development and implementation of the transformation strategy and all related projects for the company.
• Identify continuous improvement and sustainability of transformation and diversity practices.
• Support the effectiveness of various Employment Equity Forums and committees within the entity.
• Compile and facilitate timeous submission of relevant Employment Equity reports internally and externally.
• Support the business to comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.
• Provide specialist input in the maintenance of the organizational culture and coaching all departments to align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
• Implement periodic assessment of the organizational culture and facilitate the development of action plans to close any identified gaps.
• Provide input into the development and implementation of Change Management Framework/Methodology for the entity.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and develop communication plan for change initiatives across the business.
• Serve in all the HR related statutory committees.

• Bachelors’ Degree / B Tech / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in HR/ Psychology/ Industrial Psychology or relevant Business
• 3 years specialist experience in OD/Transformation/ Change
• Valid Driver’s license
