SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an incumbent who will be supporting the development and implementation of a company-wide Organizational Development, Transformation, Employment Equity and Change Management initiatives and programmes that support organizational effectiveness.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities:

Contributes towards the development and implementation of Organizational Development and design strategy framework for the business.
Partner with HR to facilitate the periodic organizational review of the business to ensure that systems, policies, processes and people are aligned to deliver on the strategy of the business.
Provide specialist knowledge and input in the development and implementation of the transformation strategy and all related projects for the company.
Identify continuous improvement and sustainability of transformation and diversity practices.
Support the effectiveness of various Employment Equity Forums and committees within the entity.
Compile and facilitate timeous submission of relevant Employment Equity reports internally and externally.
Support the business to comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Provide specialist input in the maintenance of the organizational culture and coaching all departments to align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
Implement periodic assessment of the organizational culture and facilitate the development of action plans to close any identified gaps.
Provide input into the development and implementation of Change Management Framework/Methodology for the entity.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and develop communication plan for change initiatives across the business.
Serve in all the HR related statutory committees.

Qualifications and experience:

Bachelors’ Degree / B Tech / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in HR/ Psychology/ Industrial Psychology or relevant Business
3 years specialist experience in OD/Transformation/ Change
Valid Driver’s license
