SUMMARY:
In accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of the organisation the Nurse Care Manager is responsible for providing a quality care service that meets the needs of residents and is responsible to oversee resident care in the facilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Staff Management

  2. Staff utilization

  3. Clinical Competencies

  4. Safe and efficient care to residents

  5. Quality Management / Standards of Care

  6. Risk Management

  7. Financial Management

  8. Record-keeping

  9. Mentorship

  10. Client Satisfaction

 Minimum requirements in order to be considered:

  • Diploma/ Degree in General Nursing / Administration

  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office & Excel)

  • Exposure to geriatrics advantageous

  • Current registration with SANC

  • Bilingual
