POSITION INFO:

• Must have a completed degree in Horticulturalist
• Must have 5+ years working experience as a horticulture
• Plant production, day to day nurturing and stock take
• Hands on involvement with cultivating, packaging and selling a variety of crops & decorative plants
• Business-minded monitoring all aspects of the production process
• Must be competent, think out of the box, hands on
• An independent worker, a thinker and a doer would fit best
