POSITION INFO:

Our Client, , an internationally recognized non-profit organisation, who provide health care services throughout South Africa, to communities at increased risk for HIV and TB, have a vacancy for a Driver for a 1 month contract.

Purpose of the position:

To provide a comprehensive prevention and promotion package, focusing on HIV prevention and management programmes in priority populations and incorporating screening of TB, STI’s, non-communicable diseases, condom promotion and distribution with navigation of referrals into a facility and sexual reproductive services within the sub structure.

Minimum requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree or relevant Nursing qualification
  • Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in nursing after registration
  • 2 years’ supervisor’s experience
  • Experience in HIV counselling and testing in public health service
  • Computer literate in MS office
  • Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport
  • Clear criminal record
  • Ability to communicate in IsiXhosa, English or another South African language
