POSITION INFO:

Northcliff, Johannesburg: JUNIOR LEGAL BOOKKEEPER

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must

-Matric / Grade 12

-Accounting / Bookkeeping qualification advantageous

-Minimum 2 years full Bookkeeping to Trial Balance experience at a law firm a must (Independently functional)

-Computer literate in Ghost Convey a must

-Stable employment record

-Contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

-Must reside in or near Northcliff

Duties:

-Full Bookkeeping to Trial Balance duties for law firm

-Management of Trust Account and Investments

-Debtors & Creditors

-Cashbook, reconciliations etc.

-Payroll and salaries

Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross (depending on experience)
