POSITION INFO:

Northcliff, Johannesburg: JUNIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARIES

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable female

-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

-Matric / Grade 12

-Recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to Bond Registrations a must (all major banks)

-Preference to candidates with experience in ABSA and/or Standard Bank bonds

-Computer literate in Ghost Convey

-Stable employment record

-Contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

-Must reside in or near Northcliff

Duties:

-Drafting of Bond Registration documents

-Drafting and typing relevant conveyancing documents

-Liaison with Banks, clients and Deeds Office

-General conveyancing duties

Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 18 000.00 gross (depending on experience)
