Nightshift Manager

SUMMARY:
This position is based in Durban South and is responsible for the management of the nightshift production in an engineering plant manufacturing components according to their customers specifications and quality standards

POSITION INFO:

The responsibilities will include the achievement of production and delivery plans, whilst complying with safety and quality requirements, the implementation of KAIZEN activities, 4S + STOP6 principals, and the co-ordination of maintenance activities.

The successful candidate will have a B Tech Production/Industrial/Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years shift management experience
