JOB DESCRIPTION:

Production Bakery for Restaurant Group in Gauteng has a night shift Manager position available in Bedfordview. Looking for someone with 10+ years’ management experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for the general running of the bakery and production process. Looking for someone with very strong staff management skills. Other duties will include quality control, quantity control, stock control and dispatching. Must be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Looking for someone with strong organizing skills and the ability to multi-task. Must have a loyal working history and good contactable references. Do not need to have bakery experience. General management experience and the ability to lead a team are most important. Shift is 9pm to 7am six days a week, Sundays off.
