Night Receptionist Auditor

An exciting opportunity has opened for a vibrant, energetic, and experienced Night Auditor Receptionist who will be mainly support the Front Office and establishment alike. Welcoming guests on arrival, assisting with all guests’ needs, creating the first impression to guests that they will be enjoying a safe, comfortable & peaceful environment, preparing for and updating the F&B Micros as well as the Front Office Opera Cloud, performing credit card reconciliations, preparing a Daily Revenue Report, in the process ensuring revenues are allocated correctly

Requirements:

•               PC literate (MS Windows), Excel proficient

•               Hospitality qualification (preferably)

•               Relevant experience in similar establishment, within the same industry

•               Basic financial reporting experience

•               Matric

•               Driver’s license
