Night Manager (Hospital)

SUMMARY:
A private hospital situated in Pretoria, has a vacancy for a Night Manager. Applicants MUST HAVE previous Unit Management or Night Manager experience to be considered for this position.

POSITION INFO:

The main responsibility is management of all operational activities of the hospital complex during night shift which includes, but not limited to:

• Quality patient care
• Risk management
• Governance and quality management
• Building stakeholders relationships and ensure doctor’s orders are executed
• Management of all medication and checking of medical and emergency equipment
• Mentoring, training and development of clinical staff

Education & Work exp:

Nursing Diploma or Degree aand SANC registered for 2021

Post basic Nursing Management or Nursing Administration diploma would be advantage

Previous nursing experience in private hospital setting, including minimum of 2 years working experience in Labour/Maternity units

Computer literate in MS Office suite

Good leadership and interpersonal skills

Good problem solving and decision making skills

Patient and service focused
