Newly Qualified CA(SA) - Treasury and Debt Capital Markets Specialist (Financial Services)

 

Location: La Lucia, KwaZulu Natal

This position is limited to BBBEE candidates due to BEE requirements.

 

There is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified CA(SA) to become a Treasury and Debt Capital Markets Specialist with a leading financial services concern located in KwaZulu Natal.

 

Position Overview:

The Treasury and Debt Capital Markets Specialist will ensure satisfaction of group-wide liquidity/funding requirements through the design and execution of securitisation / structured finance transactions.

One will also be responsible for the management of group-wide financial risks pursuant to the group''s risk management policies.

 

Key Focus:

  • Effective and proactive management of liquidity for business optimisation and sustainability (under the direction of the head: treasury and debt capital markets).
  • Design, administration, execution, and post-deal implementation of structured finance deals.
  • Maintain relationships with investors.
  • Manage relationships with rating agents and rating outcomes.
  • Assist with the management of the group treasury and management of related financial risks.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Newly qualified CA(SA) required with Financial Services clients exposure during articles.
  • 3 Years’ experience in Financial Services (including articles / training contract)
  • Covid -19 vaccination certificate essential
