Newly Qualified CA(SA) - Contract Position - Cape Town

SUMMARY:
A subsidiary of a Global Financial Services Company requires your proven passion for the investment industry in the capacity of a Newly Qualified CA (SA) for a Contract Position.

POSITION INFO:

Job Specification;

Produce financial statements, management accounts, and other financial related information for client entities 

Project manage the client audit process according to an agreed timetable

Quickly and diligently address Client queries and questions

Assisting the Administration team with accounting related queries

Assist team members, provide training to new members of staff

Promote knowledge sharing within the team to ensure the team works as a cohesive unit

Schedule pre and post-audit meetings to ensure audit planning, comments, and recommendations as well as any post-audit adjustments to be made to valuations are discussed

Perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time to ensure no deadlines are missed within the Financial Reporting team

Minimum Requirements;

Contract

Newly Qualified CA (SA)

3 years articles/trainee accountant experience at an audit/accounting firm

BComm or equivalent degree

Working experience within the Finance industry
