SUMMARY:

Are you a newly admitted Conveyancer living in the Northern Suburbs?  We have a fantastic opportunity for a one year contract with our top Legal Client in the Durbanville area to get you started. 

Your duties will include learning the ropes as a Bond secretary and assisting a Senior Conveyancer until such time you are fully trained to see clients.



POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Completed LLB, Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer

Completed articles with good conveyancing knowledge

Very well presented and spoken

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans and with excellent communication skills

High attention to detail

Available to start as soon as possible

 

DUTIES

Preparation of documents

General conveyancing duties managing transfers and bonds

Meeting with clients for the signing of documents

Updating all client’s requirements and details

Attention to detail and checking of all official documents that have been drafted on behalf of clients

Carrying out checks prior to drafting documentation

Getting back to Clients with queries that arise

Problem solving

Research for any additional information requirements

General administration required within the department

 

SALARY: R18 - 28k dependent on experience
