An established Dealership based in Potchefstroom is looking for a Super Star New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their executive team. The position will be to plan, manage and monitor the implementation of sales activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans and continuously enhance service delivery and increase profitability

Requirements

• Matric Qualification
• Valid Driver’s License
• An excellent track record
• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Afrikaans
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in the same environment, of which 1 – 2 years at team lead level Successful proven track record
• Experience working with reputable brands
• Ability to reach monthly targets
• Ability to work under pressure
• Selling and marketing skills, Communication and Negotiation skills
• Clear criminal record
• High achievement of customer service
• Convincing persuade customers within the rules to purchase vehicles.
• Full understanding of Vehicle Financing and structuring deals
