POSITION INFO:
New Muckleneuk, Pretoria: LITIGATION SECRETARY (Medium – Senior Level)
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 4 years recent experience in High Court- and Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing at a law firm a must
-Independently functional
-Dictaphone typing experience with good typing skills
-Working knowledge of Ghost Practice with regard to Finance of Department
-Excellent communication, typing skills and numerical skills
-Strong telephone etiquette
-Case Line experience will be an advantage
-Stable employment record and contactable References
Duties:
-Typing of High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation
-Dictaphone tying
-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings
-Client liaison
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 18 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
