POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Sales Hunter.Â The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, self-driven individual who loves searching for solutions that improve business operations.Â Â Experience in providing luxury SERVICE rather than product is essential.Â The focus will need to be VALUE over price.Â This sales talent will be commission driven and thrive on closing deals!Â But don''t be fooled, not every sales is going to be a quick sell so tenacity will need to be your super power!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience in higher Education essential.

Ability to communicate and converse with a broad spectrum of senior and intermediate clients, verbally and written
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Excellent cold calling ability
Self-confident
Excellent punctuality
High level of self-motivation and accountability
Proactive and deadline focused
Passionate about personal growth and development
Resilient and excellent stress management skills
Adaptable and willing to accept daily changesÂ

REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE:

Proven track record.
Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the companyâ€™s market.
Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
Target driven individual.
Formal sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent
Valid drivers licence and reliable car
