POSITION INFO:

Introduction

we are looking for a goal and target driven individual to join a leading company based in Johannesburg as a Solutions Specialist focussed on new business while keeping current client happy

Duties & Responsibilities

Working closely with Sales Manager/Director to pitch and close new business
Identifying new sales leads
Presenting and pitching products and/or services
Retaining accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers
Delivering on-going market analysis and assessment of competitor equipment
Co-ordinating sales projects
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management
Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

Desired Experience & Qualification

5+ years expereince within a target driven sales position
customer focused
post matric qualifications beneficial
licence

Package & Remuneration

basic + commission + company car + petrol card
