New Business Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify top New Verticals leads within the country to partner and reach out to high value B2B leads through cold calling/emails
• Create and manage sales pipeline management system
• Create selling and business development presentations for customers to drive sales conversions
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Management of sales cycle from lead generation to close
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory
• Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with brands and restaurants interested in our client across South Africa
• Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.
• Clearly communicate the values and newest products and projects.
• Help craft and redesign processes to ensure organization can move quickly and succeed at large scale.
• Work closely with product teams to innovate on our ability to grow our business & form best in world customer relationships

COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor or advanced degree from a reputable institution
• 5+ years of relevant customer facing experience, with face to face or phone based experience preferred
• Project management skills to handle multiple projects and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
• Be organized, self-driven, and possess strategic thinking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust with internal/external partners ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels.
