An ICT Company based in Midrand is looking for a Network Customer Service/ Quality Assurance/ IT Key Account Consultant to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric Required
Relevant Tertiary degree/ diploma required
Minimum 3 Years experience in the telecommunication industry
Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role managing medium/ large scale clients
Experience with the following systems required: Percol8, Broadsoft, SOLIDitech, Nagios etc.
Valid license and Own Reliable Transport as requested by the client
Residing in/ around Midrand/ Centurion
Available as soon as possible
