SUMMARY:
An ICT Company based in Midrand is looking for a Network Customer Service/ Quality Assurance/ IT Key Account Consultant to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric Required
  • Relevant Tertiary degree/ diploma required
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in the telecommunication industry 
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role managing medium/ large scale clients
  • Experience with the following systems required: Percol8, Broadsoft, SOLIDitech, Nagios etc. 
  • Valid license and Own Reliable Transport as requested by the client 
  • Residing in/ around Midrand/ Centurion
  • Available as soon as possible
