Network Administrator

Provide support in resolving infrastructure problems either directly on site, remote dial in support or via telephone nationally
Upgrade and configure network equipment (servers, hubs, switches) for all the regional networks
Support Outsourced SDWan Services
Manage Helpdesk Requests and ensure the necessary follow-up in order to resolve issues
Maintain the Active Directory Environment (Policies etc.)
Automation of Administrative functions
Input to Incident Management and Problem Management
Input to Configuration Management, Change Management and Release Management
Maintain, implement, and publish policies / procedures / documentation (Email Usage, Web & Mail Filtering etc.)
 
Skills & Experience:
Relevant 3-year IT qualification
Latest MCSE
Min 3 years’ experience using the following:
Windows 2016 (3/4 Year Experience)
Active Directory
DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Group Policy Management
PowerShell and Scripting
Internet Information Services
File and Print Sharing
Exchange 2016
SQL Server 2016
WLAN, LAN, VLAN, Switching and Routing
VMWare vSphere with VSAN
 
Advantageous:

Veeam Backup and Replication
