A software engineering company who build their own complex software used across the globe are looking for a skilled Full Stack .Net Software Developer to work within the Organisation’s Innovation Department and take development responsibility for a .Net Core back-end and a feature-rich reporting front-end cloud application. Ideally, we need a Full Stack Developer who can work across the entire application. The Software Developer will also be responsible for researching and implementation of the latest technologies through constant innovation.

Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, User Experience (UX), Test Engineers and Software Engineering Leads
Adhere to coding standards and best practices
Identify and implement appropriate design patterns
Provide accurate effort estimates on development tasks
Ability to break down user stories into development tasks
Consistently produce quality code and products; in a team environment; in accordance with the prescribed architecture, standards and implement as required within the agreed upon timeframes
Passionate about UI development, UX and articulate it well
Create design documents, source code, and other work products necessary for the ongoing success of the product(s)
Research and implement the latest technologies

Skills and Experience:

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent
Relevant tertiary qualification
Demonstrable software development experience
3 Years+ relevant working experience in .Net Core
3 years+ of technical hands-on experience as an intermediate developer
Windows development experience
Ability to work unsupervised
Relevant business experience / exposure
.Net Framework 4 & .Net Core & C#
WebAPI
Angular
Typescript
ASP .Net MVC/ Web Forms
HTML/ CSS
jQuery/ JavaScript (ES 5 and ES6)
Microsoft SQL Server
