National Visual Merchandise Manager

POSITION INFO:

Your key responsibilities will be:

• ​To drive the VM strategy aligned to the brand strategy
• Working with retail marketing team to effectively translate seasonal campaigns & key messaging into the store environment
• Deliver a great brand experience to the customer
• To control & drive brand consistency across all stores
• To manage VM from a technical & implementation point of view
• Support development of new fixtures product launches to enhance the in-store experience
• To be actively involved in new store design & development
• Driving an exceptional branded experience, for invited brands & own brand categories
• To plan & participate in new store openings
• Develop VM tools utilized by retail field teams to enhance in-store environments
• Produce seasonal housing principles with the VM team
• Drive seasonal workshops and model-store sign-offs
• Ability to confidently lead & influence HQ team through in-store VM walkthroughs
• Effectively lead training & workshops within retail stores
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Partner with HQ studio on in-store signage for stores
• Own VM to Operations communications (Yoobic)
• Control the VM budget
• Mentor, manage & develop the field VM team
