National Store Trainer - Sandton City
Please note that this role will require travelling between Cape Town and Gauteng
International luxury Brand is seeking to employ an experience Trainer to join their dynamic team
Main requirements for this role:
 The Store Trainer will be responsible for effectively delivering and executing all training projects in their area of responsibility. This role will coach and facilitate in-store, one-to-one, and classroom Business Training (Face2Face and virtual) This position will be accountable for influencing business results through effective delivery of training, onboarding, and coaching.

DELIVERY
o Deliver/Facilitate One-to-one, classroom, meeting, in store training
o Ability to adapt style and methodology to meet the audiences needs
o Create a positive learning environment/culture
CONSULTANT
o Be the “Training Expert ” and partner for the Store Manager and the Retail Area Manager
o Provide effective recommendations and solutions to meet Business Training needs
PERFORMANCE
o Monitor the Training KPIs according to the global frame work (NPS, Retention, Behaviours, ROTI)
o Monitor & Analyse Business KPIs in order to identify learning solutions to impact sales
COACHING
o Strong ability to identify and leverage coaching moments to change behaviours and improve performance
o Ability to adjust style and approach to coach at any level
SELLING EXPERTISE (experience in a selling environment)
o Confident and experienced at selling
o Strong ability to “read” customers and uncover needs
o Ability to transfer selling skills and techniques
o Experienced in product storytelling
