National Service Manager

POSITION INFO:

Manage service operation
Manage agents
Understand stock management
Administration
Manage large staff complement
On sell goods to customers
Stock planning
General customer queries on repairs of products
Drive processes, SLA''s and SOP''s
Ensure sales targets are met

8 - 10 years experience in managing a service department
Matric + relevant tertiary qualification
Management skills and experience is essential
Warehouse management experience
Sales Experience
Customer service experience
Exposutre to Sage is advantageous
