National Parts Manager

SUMMARY:
An opportunity exists for a National Parts Manager with an automotive client in Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

 Present, promote and sell products / services to current and potential clients.
 Establish, develop and maintain current client and potential client’s relationship and goodwill.
 Provide customers, branches and dealers with feedback on outstanding parts on a daily basis.
 Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer satisfaction.
 Treat customers, dealers and branches fairly and with honesty and demonstrate commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
 Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at all times.
 Manage the movement of goods, inbound and outbound.
 Manage all warehouse processes and procedures.
 Manage supplier and all procurement aspects, local and foreign.
 Ensure all required standards in the warehouse are met and maintained.
 Implement improvement projects on an ongoing basis.
 Ensure parts sales targets are achieved and costs are kept in line with budget.
 Upskilling and training of dealer and staff. 

Requirements:

- Matric (Grade 12 )
- At least years'' experience in a similar role within Logistics
- Experience in wholesale and retail essential
