POSITION INFO:

Managed People Solutions is looking for a National Operations Manager for a well established Liquor Company based in Johannesburg

The Liquor Company is one of the largest American spirit companies and has a portfolio of more than 200 brands and labels

Responsibilities

• Trade visits
• Effective Management of the following:
  • Direct reports
  • Operations
  • Sales
  • Problem solving
  • Customers
  • All feedback from regions
  • Admin
  • Leave
  • Disciplinary

• Business Development
• Client relationships
• Development meetings 
• Attendance and participation in National Meetings
• Effective communication with the team
• Manage top line sales figures nationally as per KPI’s
• Track sales performance
• Guide sales representatives to achieve targets
• Understand each brands sales strategy
• Action operational exception reports
• Manage customer data collection strategy and integrity

Qualifications 

• Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree relating to Sales and Marketing Management

Experience

• 3-5 years management experience in liquor sales management
• 5 years’ experience in FMCG environment within the liquor industry
• Experience in MS office suite: (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
